Tube Surfing is run by Ergoberage, Lda., registered office (sede) in Oeiras, Portugal. By playing you accept these terms.

Playing

The game is free to play. We may change it, add or remove features, or stop it, at any time.

Names and the hall of fame

Pick a name that is not offensive, hateful or someone else's identity. We may remove names and rides that break this, and rides that look like cheating, without notice. Hall of fame places are for fun and come with no prize.

Fair play

Do not tamper with the game, send made-up scores, or try to overload or break the website.

Purchases

There is nothing to buy yet. If paid extras are added, their price and what you get will be shown before you pay, and this section will be updated.

Our responsibility

The game is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and your scores safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Law

These terms follow Portuguese law. Contact: [email protected].
